This means the average employee has only 4 (and mostly fewer) hours to focus on other things, e.g. family, workouts, and so on.
Oftentimes, the work stuff spills over and compromises the sleep time and time meant for non-work stuff. This sums up the nightmarish existence of most people who are employed.
